Is having a maid SECURE??

Is having a maid secure nowadays??due to my super duper busy schedule lately, i've been thingking to hire a maid.....tapi still ragu2 since nowadays banyak issue related to maid problem...contoh macam maid bawa lari anak, maid tinggal anak dan lari...maid curi barang2 and etc.currently i sent my daughter and son to babysitter house which she only take care both of my children, very nice babysitter....siap bawak anak i jalan2 pegi shopping complex and bagi present during their special day.....and siap masak kan nasi and lauk untuk anak2 i.....pendek kata..i really satisfied with my babysitter rite now...it is just that she cannot take care of my chilren during night and weekend dimana time tu la saya busy untuk kaluar berjumpa dgn client......huhuhu....

so...what do u think guys???shud i hire maid...or ade tak yg offer part time maid??lets say..i can call her at anytime when i need her to take care of my children??ade tak yg macam ni punye service??heheh...byk songeh plak haku.......:-p
